Chef Park went way beyond the call of duty to acquire an item not on the menu after we arrived at the restaurant so my son, who has a very restricted diet, could eat and it was fantastic. I've had the pleasure of eating at Morimoto and at Nobu and my omakase at Park was even better with even more courses!

We were so excited having heard of the great chef Park to visit for the first time.what a let down.. It I almost heretical to run down this place but the review is based on the opinions of four people.May be it is great for sushi which we do not eat but one Us had sashimi at $45 and he declared it ordinary leaving half. The organic chicken teriyaki as was the beef , the chicken was tasteless and soaking in sauce. The rib roast at $48 was the best dish and was somewhat better than at Baton Rouge @$19. The desserts were beautifully presented in long plates the tiny portion sitting in the middle. The two sorbets at $ 10 could not compare with what you can buy T Metro felt like rip off.The chocalate dessert was also tiny tasty but no better than anywhere else. The coffee was acceptable.
The service was cold the waiter not filling the water glasses.
Very noisy not just the patrons but the unnecessary music but also the loud clanking of dishes and cutlery by the staff something I have seldom encountered.
$ 245 down the drain without wine or other drinks.

We could only get a reservation at the bar but nevertheless we had a wonderful experience. Ordered the least expensive item on the menu (the Park Bowl with tofu) as my daughter was treating. It was heavenly. Wine selection was excellent and the chocolate dessert was divine. We watched the lovely bartender create the most amazing unusual and creative cocktails. Service was impeccable and extremely friendly, contrary to presvious reviews. Will definitely return.

Going to eat at Park restaurant was a journey of tastes
Seating at the chef 's table gave me the opportunity to watch the process of preparing the food ...it felt like watching an orchestra conducted by the chef Antonio Park
When I asked for the wasabi ..the waiter brought it but asked me to taste the sashimi first before applying..once I tasted it was clear why I didn't use the wasabi ...every piece was identified by its own special taste...the wasabi would have made every piece taste the same
An evening to remember...looking forward for my next visit

As it happens very often in fancy restaurant, the welcome was cold. Busy hostess... By chance, the waiter was very nice and broke the ice quickly.
I had the Omakase menu. First dish, a sad gaspacho. Nothing special. Just flat. Second, pasta with ink of cuttlefish.. just perfect. A lot of flavor, very well balanced. Third, 7 nigiri sushis. Rice absolutely perfect. A lot of creativity here. Same thing with the 4 makis dish who followed and for the sashimis plate. These guys know what they are doing. To finish, a fantastic mango sorbet with a passion fruit mousse.
A great meal !! Thanks guy !!
