Excellent Lebanese food and the view is to die for. Prices were average. Are twice during our stay at Crowne Plaza.

Had dinner twice at Burj Al Hamam while staying at the hotel. Both times, enjoyed the good food and the friendly service.
Burj Al Hamam is part of the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea Resort and thus flows and ebbs with how busy the resort is. During my stay, the resort was quiet and clearly not anywhere near capacity, and that was reflected by a mostly empty restaurant on both visits. But that was no indication of the food or service, both of which were very good.
The restaurant is Lebanese at its core, but offers a range of Middle Eastern dishes, both well-known standards and some more unusual items. We mostly went with a selection of appetizers and small dishes, so as to try multiple flavors and food items. All of it was good and some items were excellent, such as the hummus, Wara' Enab (stuffed grape leaves), Rkak (cheese rolls) and the fried Kebbeh.
The service was very friendly throughout, but lacked a bit in knowledge, e.g. about wines. However, the service staff made up for that by being very willing to let us try a wine and then change to a different one when the first one did not work out. When it came to fulfilling the orders, responding to additional requests or helping with choices, the service was always provided in a quick and friendly manner.
The interior and the atmosphere of the restaurant is fairly simple, but still comfortable. The only area to stay away from is the smoking area.
If staying again at the Crowne Plaza, I would definitely dine again at Burj Al Hamam.

After reading previous reviews, we would have been silly not to have come. Despite the drinks taking a little long to come out, it is impossible to fault the service with lovely, kind and friendly staff. The food was beautifully presented and came out hot. Everyone is welcome as we came from a neighbouring hotel.
Just a small note. Even in winter there are some mosquitoes so bring insect repellent. The mosquitoes enjoyed an excellent meal, as did we.

One of the best meals so far in Jordan and definitely the best hummus I have ever had. You can’t go wrong eating here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating they made our meal even better. Make sure you get reservations during peak season. We didn’t have a problem with it being off season...

We had dinner here and had such an amazing time. Kamel our waiter was so attentive and friendly. The meat was cooked to perfection and was flavoursome. The salad was perfectly seasoned and so refreshing too. My partner ordered a surprise birthday cake for me which was delicious and presented beautifully by all the waiters and waitresses. Would highly recommend and reasonably priced too.
