The hotel was okay at first glance. I mean, the facade is ok. There is a sofa/waiting area that is comfy. There's a parking space.
The room was ok but it wasn't maintained well. We arrived on the 27th, but nobody cleaned our room. It was cleaned only after I called and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. Oh wait, they did not really clean the bathroom; they just removed the trash.
The airconditioning unit is controlled from somewhere so sometimes, when I arrive, even with the key card, the aircon didn't open. I had to call this one time for the aircon to be opened.
There was a bit of confusion with the food. The rule for breakfast is that it is free and can be claimed in the first 24hrs of stay there. But nobody called us about it whereas my colleagues received a call about the breakfast. Weird. Do their policies change depending on who's the client?
We were a big group when we visited this place. Maybe they weren't used to having big groups around.
