This place is a good place to visit when you're on the way to the eastern part of Catanduanes (Bato, Baras, etc). There is no entrance fee, and the most recommended mode of trasportation to use is a tricycle, for it can climb all the way up to the gate of the waterfalls. It is also the only vehicle (aside from a motorcycle) that can fit in the small pavement going to the falls. Other vehicles such as vans or cars can only park beside the highway, making you trek 15-20 minutes more to get to the place.
Water is clean and cold, and the middle part of the river is deep enough for children to go rock diving. Our coward selves did not allow us to join these little locals with their diving, leaving us only swimming in one corner of the waterfalls. You can leave your things on the rocks in front when you swim, or inside the small gazebo near the river.
Overall, the place was clean and peaceful.
