Worst customer service ever.the desk clerk was so unbelievably rude while I was trying to book in I left do yourselves a favour an go somewhere else

Stayed there for two nights, while I had various tests done at hospital - the rooms were clean and well fitted, and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Just out of the Central Business District of Perth, and very close to the major hospitals. Good value.
We had a horrible experience at this motel. We booked for 2 nights (2 adults and one child).
The second night we had left a couple of chairs outside our room and forgotten to take them inside.
At 1045pm!! the ‘manager’ Ross bangs loudly on the door!!! Our child was sleeping at that time. I got up with a fright!
The bangs were so loud that it felt as if there was an extreme emergency or something! I am not kidding, they were so loud that it felt as if the authorities were at the door. I opened the door and he shouts at me ,’ You can’t leave the chairs outside’. I said sorry and took the chairs back in.
My son who has severe disability woke up and we didn’t sleep well that night. We left the next day, luckily since it was our last night there!
Seriously this Ross guy needs to learn about hospitality and politeness before running a motel. He seems to be in the wrong profession i.e hospitality business. We would never go back to that motel again and advise others to think long and hard prior to booking here and avoid staying atthat motel!!
We stayed for 4 nites. Basic accommodation but great value for money. Room was spotless with the basics that you need on arrival. The bed was lovely and firm just what I needed for a sore back. The room was cleaned daily and tea, coffee and milk restocked daily. Pool in complex was clean and inviting just a tad cold when we went for a swim. Staff were always happy friendly and very helpful. Bus stop out the front. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for a night after attending the Moonlight Cinema at Kings Park.
Our Room was facing Thomas street with a view to Kings Park and had no road noise at all. Bed was comfortable, good shower and fridge. Also free parking was a bonus. It is a older property though well maintained and clean. 10 minute walk to the Moonlight cinema and 15 minute walk down Rokeby road into Subi.
