Such an amazing Nat'l Park! You feel as if you're on a whole different island. The topography is totally different, desert like, from the area with the hotels/resorts. We had an awesome Jeep tour

We went there with an SUV but without 4-Well-Drive and we were absolute fine. We did the paved road and some side road (to the Caves etc.). We wanted to do the Southern-Loop too but it was closed. The Landscape is very nice. Very interesting to see how the real aruban landscape looks like, as most part of the Island are covered with villages and citys. We saw a lot of lizards and Goats and birds. The entrance Fee is 11$ per Person.

This park is a lot of fun if you are in a 4x4 vehicle. A regular rental car won't do. Pack a lunch/towels and visit Dos Playa for a scenic and practically private picnic. The surf is too rough for swimming but the views are worth the bumpy drive.

We rented a jeep and decided to go this on our own. We were staying in Palm beach in the high rise district. This trip will totally blow you away, recommend that you plan on being out there all day once you start the trip it is hard to cut it short. So raw with natural breathtaking views. I could not believe what you had to do to get to the natural pool but it was well worth it. If you go it yourself it is on the dangerous side. Saw wild donkeys, a lot of lizard and even a rattle snake. I would recommend this if you like living on the edge.
