It’s a beachfront property so morning walks along the beach were nice and easily accessible. That’s about it.

The property needs some serious updating. Very run down and felt abandoned by its owners who weren’t there the entire time we stayed. There are two lovely caretakers Ping and one other lady and they were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately everything else about my stay was quite bad.

Bathrooms are tiny even for one person. There is zero shelf space so toiletries had to be places outside of it. No screens to block off mosquitoes. The bar needs some serious restocking. They advertised free WiFi yet the only WiFi we had was a hotspot generously shared by the caretaker. Which means when she’s out of reach then you’re left with no WiFi.

The road leading up to the property is riddled with deep potholes it is virtually impossible for vehicles to get close to it.

One day we found ourselves at another resort for the day called Footprints and wished so badly we stayed there instead.

I personally will never stay here again.

Check in was a bit confusing, I booked thru Agoda and I was told that they don’t accept Agoda, only Booking.com so I showed a screen shot of my voucher and everything was settled, I was shown to my room, made with native materials, bamboo flooring but you there is a western style toilet and bath, electric fan, outside there is a terrace where I can lounge around. The room is well ventilated, so even if it’s hot you will still feel comfortable. The resort is quiet and away from the main road, The only noise I can hear is the waves crashing in and occasional motorboats.
Ping is the takes care of her guest and she is being helped by another lady whom I forgot the name. I got my free breakfast too. The place is well maintained, a garden and also it has a private beach. The food is simple but delicious, I had grilled fish for my dinner.
I would stay again, the resort is simple but my stay was comfortable

If you are looking for an idyllic, relaxing, amd serenity at its finest, this place is perfect for you..

The ROOM - Got the third room, fan room good for 2 pax.Lovely nipa hut and homey atmosphere. The linens, bed sheet and pillows are fresh and smells very good as well as the entire room smelling fresh.
the room is very spacious with private bathroom, veranda, and beautiful view.

The STAFF AND Owner - very accomodating, helpful and smiling, Goodvibes isnt it?. Enjoyed my short stay here. Mr.Gary is hands on to his guest and i appreciate that.

The FOOD- had my dinner here Mr. Gary prepared the food i believed.Had a grilled fish and rice and the serving is generous.Breakfast was prepared well presented though its simple bread eggs jam butter and fruits and coffee and i enjoyed.

THe Environment- very quite, calm, with a beautiful view, lots of plants and flowers around.A very good stress reliever and great way to spend day and afternoon and night and do nothing but to embrace the beauty of nature offers.
Windy at night and you cant hear anything except the breeze and gecko around. There's a beach area and good for snorkelling. Very nice sunrise!

Special Thanks - MARIO, thanks alot for all the effort and help during my stay also for being a good company :) i really appreciate.

Excellent Stay!!! 😀😀😀

Room tip: quite and peaceful

We had a great time at the Buenavista Paradise Resort. We definitely had the best food here compared to other places! Gary and Ping (owners) were extremely friendly and provides us with great service. The rooms were clean and tidy. It's the best place to just lay back and relax. We were able to rent a motorbike as well and were given one day without charge due to lesser use. Nothing to complain about so definitely give it a try!

Thank you for everything❤

If you are looking for a very tranquil, private spot, with absolute peace and quiet, then this is a great choice. There are only a few rooms here, each one offering a beautiful view of the ocean. The room itself was spacious and well set out, with a comfortable bed and room to put your things, the separate bathroom was very clean and well designed, with good facilities. The resort grounds were full of lovely flowers, trees and plants, and it was so nice hearing the crickets and birds. The WiFi here is very good and free. The manager is a very lovely person who goes out of her way to ensure her guests are respected and feel comfortable, there is a restaurant and bar area onsite and the included breakfast of pancakes was delicious. Offering free coffee , and a number of optional services such as massage (great price) and tours ideas information transport. This is the ideal place to switch off to the modern world, ditch all your gadgets and chill. The manager even brought us her home made tea (all natural local ingredients) free of charge, which we enjoyed on our terrace in the evening.
