We visited the restaurant one evening after dark (so we couldn't enjoy the view).
The path to the Italian restaurant is small (so no car) and steep, my girlfriend was tired after the treck.
We were the only couple there, the waitress wasn't friendly and the pizza was nice. Had the waitress been friendly we may have stayed to relax as it was we felt like we were intruding and left.
I'd say they are better pizzas to be had not too far away.

The uphill climb is so steep that you need 4x4 vehicle to get there. There is no able space for back-up. The road is a one way up that is so narrow that only a vios type of car can pass. We brought a ISUZU mux and we had hell of a time backing up and going down. We almost fell to the Clift!

Utter waste of time and very very hazardous!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to wind down and enjoy Camiguin. We planned staying only 3-4 nights but we ended up staying a whole week. Our cottage even had a private terrace with an amazing view. We also enjoyed the restaurant with great Italian food on many occasions, and good conversations with the owner Calen, who has lived here for more than 20 years and has a lot of wisdom to share :) he also helped us arrange to rent a motorbike for a good price. Overall great experience, when we come back to Camiguin we will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradiso Hillside. Vincenzo was super accommodating: he arranged pick up and drop off to the airport, he was very responsive and helpful and we had some great chats up on the restaurant together. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom came with hot water. The upstairs restaurant has the best view of White island and is perfect to enjoy sunsets. This is definitely a place to stay if you love tranquility and a “feel at home” atmosphere.
