This resort is like arriving to a small family. You feel so welcome from the first minute. The place is stunningly beautiful, the gardens are well taken care of, the housing is very eco-friendly and cozy. All the staff is so friendly, no wonder since the Italian couple who manage the place are very nice.
Breakfast is delicious.
We had dinner one night at the restaurant and the quality was very good, especially the past which was amazing.
I really recommend this place to any traveller who wants the experience to sleep in the woods, but with all the confort of a top hotel. Beware, you are indeed in the woods, and although the bed in the room has a mosquito net, you will find insects around the room or in the bathroom.
It's a very natural environment (for example no TV or air conditioning) which is what we were looking for, but might not suit everyone. For example, the window shades let most of the light in, therefore be ready to wake up early if you're used to sleeping in the dark. The place is quiet in terms of people, but you will hear wildlife at night, and cocks from early morning. Bring earplugs or facemask if you're that kind of person.
The massage at the hotel is great, with well trained and professional staff. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than what you can find in other places...This resort is like arriving to a small family. A great experience for us, unforgettable start to our Honeymoon and our first amazing days in Camiguin. Worth a visit, but be sure to know the drawbacks which may not suit every type of traveller.More
