Stayed here for a night and I would say it was a pretty bad experience. The rooms which were given were very old for GRT standard and I would seriously suggest them to close these rooms for booking and sell only their renovated rooms. The reception staffs didn’t had a clue on how to handle customers. I have always had pleasant experiences with GRT and this one was a day to forget. More

Pleasant business stay in spite of covid, neat and sanitised room, courteous staff, all safety precautions in place, good food, stayed for 5 nights and everything was up to date in terms of safety and hygiene.

We were looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient hotel in Tuticorin or Thoothukudi for a trip to the area to explore the temples and sights in the are. This hotel fitted our bill very well. Travelling from Canada we were looking for basic features of cleanliness etc. that were up to international standards. We had no issues. Very pleasant experience.

We stayed at the Regency in Tuticorin Feb 2020. We found the facility to be very good in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very cordial and helpful. The location was close to a major highway, providing easy access to the town and local attractions - a historic Roman Catholic Church and a bakery that carried the famed Tuticorin macaroons.
