Beware !!! Stayed at this property for one night. Very bad hospitality. Don’t be fooled by 5 star property tag. Hospitality is zero. Rude reception manager, Mr Shashikant. On requesting him to help us get our car parked as there was snow all around, he bluntly refused saying it is not their headache. First 5 star property seen which did not serve welcome drink or ask guest if he needs one. Rooms are like any normal hotel, need upgrade. Restaurant does not want to serve ala cartridge, we were forced to take buffet lunch. Dinner and breakfast was included in our package but spread of items is very less. Reading lounge, billiards room all closed. On complaining the agent, Mr Anoop from management visited the room and offered complimentary drinks so that we may change our reviews about property. Have stayed in Golden Tulip properties across the globe so sorry to see the kind of hospitality this property is offering.More
