When we arrived had to met the owners at the family taverna nereids just round the corner beautiful restaurant in lovely gardens this is where breakfast was served ,we were warmly greeted and taken down to the studios 5 minutes walk away.
We parked in the car park above the studios and walked down steps to get to them when we opened the gate to Thomas beach studios it was like a little paradise lovely gardens with a beautiful view out to sea and across to Alipa harbour,
The studio we had no 2 was so cosy just like home very comfortable beds and pillows a duvet which I've never had abroad ,even a bottle of water and juice in fridge, the patio was amazing we had a early flight and was quite happy just relaxing on the comfy sunbeds we had a glorious week weather was fantastic for October it's our 3rd visit to the island in three years we are going back next October staying at this little gem
At the top of the steps was a taverna which did takeaway as we were out most of the day we got gyros and wine and watched the sunset heaven on earth fantastic holiday looking forward to next visit

Room Tip: Only four studios all with great views

The studio has only 4 rooms, but the place is amazing. The family owns a nice restaurant too and breakfast was really good. The staff is really friendly. The room is small, but really cozy. Each room has a large balcony and the view from the balcony was stunning. Nearby there are some shops and also restaurants. Free parking is available, but as the parking place is really small, it is pretty difficult to park. Our favourite place to stay at Corfu.

Studios are not so big but pleasent and nicely decorated. The area around the house is so nice. Garden with a green grass almost to the beach. Breakfast was a feast in the family restaurant near by.
Staff is friendly and they did their best to make our stay as pleasent as possible.

I am hesitant to leave a review because this small complex is a gem I don't want to share with the world. The location is just wonderful, right on a small semi-private beach, with sun between 9AM and 6PM.

The studio is about 28m2. It has a small shower room (mine had also a rain shower) and mini-kitchen with electric stove, fridge with small freezer, kettle and toaster. The king size bed was comfy and allows you to watch the sea from your bed. The studio is cleaned every day (!) as well.
The studio comes with free WIFI - very fast if you are the only user, less so if all studios use it simultaneously - and satellite TV - sadly most English-language channels are not accessible as they are subscription based.
It also has a spacious terrace with both table and chair and two lounge seats, which also feels relatively private. The views are just amazing.

The best bit is the gardens, wonderfully maintained, with umbrellas and beach loungers. Stairs take you down to the small beach. It is a mixed pebble-sand beach. I would recommend bringing water shoes to make getting in and out of the water easier. This advice holds for the majority of the (Northern) Corfu beaches actually.
It slopes relatively quickly so I would not recommend this beach if you have babies or toddlers.

A few other things:
It is right on the beach so you have to climb about 100 steps to get to the main road. t is also 25 steps from your studio to the private beach.
Two mini supermarkets are within 250 meters on the main road. Prices are comparable to Northern Europe because they are mini-marts and you are on an island. Plenty of eating around too- do note that many restaurants only open in early-mid May.
It is a 15 minute walk to the main bay of Paleokastrista. Do visit the monastery while you are there, the views are amazing.
Rent a boat and visit the surrounding bays! It is all gorgeous.

Room Tip: The corner studios allow you to go to the garden and beach from your terrace, making beach life even easier.

It is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the beach and have fun at the same time. Very cosy and clean rooms, with a magnificent view - you are literally next to the sea. Limited rooms, thus less strangers, and more like a family experience. People are available any time, to solve any problem and help you with anything. Breakfast is available at the Nereids Restaurant & Bar, which is only 5 minute walk from the studios. Beautifully landscaped.
