A little cottage converted into a quaint cafe. Meals we had when we visited were very good and the staff were very helpful. There were lots of different rooms with tables and chairs which added to the charm. Menu limited but we really enjoyed our breakfast and later we went back for coffee and cake. There were sitting areas outside and a play area for the children. Very rustic amongst the trees so be prepared, it is not a pristine up to date cafe, but we loved the atmosphere.

This is a hidden gem in the Dandenong's.
It is not an open space restaurant in the traditional way, but like a house revamped into a cosy and welcoming restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous, you feel the warmth atmosphere. Being compartmentalised has it benefits of privacy and not being disturbed by any "noise", besides yours lol!

We were extatic when we saw in the menu "English High Tea"!!! Then we read "only after 3 PM", bc it was 12:30...... our hearts sunk :(
But, then we asked if we could have it for four of us??? The Chef was so friendly and accommodating and came when the dishes were served to explain that bc it was a bit quiet in the kitchen, she could prepare it.
We were so happy!!!

The waitresses were outstanding, so friendly and happy to accommodate our wishes. They were awesome. Really really happy being served by them.

Food? No words to explain....seriously...each piece was better than the previous one....
One plate is with savouries and the second one with sweets... The goodies came in pairs.....so don't worry.... Lol (oh...except one...well, we just cut in half...no big deal, yeah lol).
Almost forgetting.....coffe is good, perhaps ask for "hot", bc it is going to take some time to finish those two plates....lol

You got to try...it is worthed!!!

Amazing hospitality, when our booking for 8 for brunch turned into a party of about 30! Staff were friendly and accommodating, food and drinks prompt and delicious. Cosy place decorated with books. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Visited today for a late lunch after exploring the local area. When we arrived there was only one table occupied so we worried had we picked the wrong place. During our visit at least 5 more groups of people came through and all left very happy. Menu is limited but why complicate it with excessive options. Staff were very friendly and helped us decide between a few things on the menu. I had the Pie of the day and it was perfection. Really enjoyed the whole experience/scenery and if I didn’t have a flight home to catch I would have stayed longer

Went there with interstate visitors for lunch. Limited menu--I chose the pie which was quite nice. When asking for various spirits from the drink menu most were unavailable. The hi-light was the hot chocolate drink made with lindt chocolate. Service was pleasant and prompt
The place could do with a thorough clean and fix up of shoddy painting. I sat in a chair with a broken back on the chair
