Having driven up from Vigan, searching for a lunch spot, pulling off to many dissapointing eateries we carried on to Batac. A small sign indicating a left turn brought us to the Bistro, which also boasts budget accomodation.
The menu was on a board and had a nice range of products, we chose a Salad and a Morrocan Tangine of chicken. Very nicely cooked/presented and very different from the bulk of Luzon eateries outside of the big cities.
The Bistro is run by two ladies and is fresh and invigorating. I didnt see the rooms but I believe they would also be fresh and bright. Finding this Bistro made my day. Well done ladies,
