Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and we were greeted by the receptionist and bell service. They were kind enough to assist us with our bags to the room. Check-in was smooth and everyone was friendly. The rooms were clean and simple and ours had a balcony which is a great plus. I believe some rooms don't have it so make sure you ask for one - only if it's available. We used the balcony for drying our clothes after island hopping.
Breakfast was very simple and limited. It's basically the "silog" breakfast that you can order for just Php 150. However, you can also buy fresh seafood/meat at the public market and you can ask them to cook it for you with a reasonable fee of Php 150 per kilo. There's also a selection of some beers and soft drinks available 24/7 at the dining area. Coffee and water is also available and it's free.
The location of the place is near a cemetery and some local residence but that didn't bother us. In fact, it was very quiet that you can have a very good sleep at night. Since the hotel is near the main road, there are various restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tricycles or tuktuks were always passing by so it's not that hard to get one. The hotel is also near Mt. Tapyas and the pier. If you're also wondering, it's only 30-45 minutes away from the airport.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and i'd definitely come back again.
