We have just returned from an over night stay and winter wonderland event and have to say it is the best by far.
The family that runs the business really cannot do enough for all their guests
The entertainment was brilliant and well thought out, the Elves were amazing and kept the children entertained at all time allowing time for parents to relax and play bingo etc
I will definitely be returning throughout the year and I'm glad I found this wonderful place
The food was lovely and very reasonably priced
A must for anyone anytime of the year

We spent last night at Derwent View with Timmy the elf and The Real Santa. We had a wonderful time by far the best Christmas event we have ever been to and we have done most around the region. The whole thing had been well organised and the attention to detail was first class. The entertainment was great fun for both adults and children. It looked like the team were having as much fun as we were and genuinely wanted to give everyone the best experience possible. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such great hospitality.

We spent the night on the 9th December for Elf Academy and my 5 year old son loved every minute.
The pods were lovely and the decorations around it made it special.
Staff did a terrific job and adults had a few little drinks and a rest at the boat shack while the kids were being entertained !

Brilliant little get away! Couldn't have enjoyed it more! The pods are beautifully made in an absolutely stunning setting, with wildlife literally on your doorstep. Big shout out to the family who run it, lovely to chat to and will be returning!
