Our sincerest apology for what you have experienced, this is a very isolated case and an incident that should never really happen.
It is our desire to give you the best service you can have during your stay with us, that's why we provided you and other visitors a separate set of food and served you prawns to make you feel special, unfortunately the incident happened.
Still we thank you for your review, we felt sorry for you were very disappointed and making you want us close our establishment.
