Excellent property with ample activities like Kayaking etc at a nominal charge. Rooms need minimal maintenance... like the mirrors etc but nothing worth complaining. I really hope they do revamp the mirrors and art work and the minimal repairs in the bathroom etc. Would make it first class !
Restaurant serves an amazing breakfast spread and an above average dinner spread.
Can improve :
Live counters at dinner and breakfast. We waited a whole 45 minutes for an omelette and a butter Naan both of which never came.
Edit : Next day dinner service was top notch. We were served Naan in 10 minutes. Nikhil and Lalita at the restaurant were really good.
Seems like yesterday was a one off day of festive craziness !
Smart TV is not very smart! So can't watch OTT
Edit : They obliged me with a HDMI cable to be able to watch on the TV. Worked just fine !
No plug points near the beds to plug in our phones! So can't charge anything near bedside. Please please do something
They did oblige us with connecting rooms too.
PRO TIP: Avoid festival times....staff are finding it tough. They all looked tired but worked very hard .
Special mention besides the 2 restaurant staff to Bincy at the desk. She always had a smile and was willing to oblige every small request without any hesitation going above her duty too !
Also great service by the group that organises the activities. Kayaking and Peddle Boating were fun
The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the view of the sunset is breathtaking ! This is our second stay...we stayed here 10 years ago. We are definitely coming back.
