The hospitality was very good the staff especially Rohit ravi Lalita of Zuri hotel wer very helpful and wer very polite and provided us whatever needed on tym especially jain food Cleanliness was very good Food was very tasty overall service was very up to the mark

Beautiful resort, excellent service, delicious food, activities, amazing rooms, great spa. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped inside. The Malabari biryani was our favorite. High tea snacks were delicious. The activities person did a great job. The staff is all excellent and very attentive to our needs. Excellent customer service. Ravi took care of us really well. Good ambience. Everything was clean, neat and beautiful. Good food as in it was fresh, flavourful and tasty.Loved it. We defnitely consider coming back again.location is also good and easy to reach.

The service was stellar. It wasn’t very busy, and I was able to kayak on my birthday and a later Shikara boat ride on the same day was great. The gym was all to myself. Didn’t get to schedule a massage, but the rates were very reasonable. Rohit, our waiter on the last night, provided excellent service.
