The service was stellar. It wasn’t very busy, and I was able to kayak on my birthday and a later Shikara boat ride on the same day was great. The gym was all to myself. Didn’t get to schedule a massage, but the rates were very reasonable. Rohit, our waiter on the last night, provided excellent service.

Great hospitality and food. Nice resort with good amenities. All staff members including Rohit helped to provide great service. We had a great time unwinding at this resort. Will definitely recommend and hope to stay there again soon.....

The food was excellent and delicious. Service was very good and our waiter Nikhil went above and beyond than expected and made sure every member of my family felt comfortable and satisfied. I would recommend this place to friends and family for sure!

We had a wonderful family lunch at Zuri, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the seafood platter.We were particularly impressed by the restaurant’s flexibility. They offered to change the soup that came with the platter to one of our choice, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

The Zuri property is absolutely amazing. I tried the spa and Sonali my masseuse was undoubtedly one of the best I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. Our server at the restaurant Lime Tree was excellent and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel. The food was fresh and flavourful. Great job Ravi Ranjan!
