Excellent personal serive

Excellent personal service "

Absolutely loved this place and one of the best resort I have ever stayed in .We received a call from the resort once we had left Cochin asking us if we were on our way and if we needed any help with directions to the property. Once we reached the property we were greeted by some very pleasant staff and some good spice tea .we feel warm welcome by all member of staff easily found happy faces not only the guest but the staff too .Especially ,Mridul in front office,he is friendly,knowledgeable in every aspect and he is so genuine to share his experiences and recommend us to join the activities.The property itself is situated along the backwaters and the calm and quite makes you feel you are in heaven. The landscape is absolutely beautiful.Niraamaya is totally spoiled us !I will forever compare the service and experience we received there no matter where I go in the future :)

Excellent family destination to relax

Loved the resort. Very good place to go with young kids considering the current situation. Very friendly staff. The ayurvedic spa facilities offered here are really relaxing and stress relieving. Excellent restaurant with a very friendly chef who prepared food to our taste including food for our 1yo. They do not have a buffet system for food but the chef literally prepares everything that is asked. The room we where in 'kanikkona' is neat spacious and with an indoor pool that our baby enjoyed to the full.
Overall a great place to enjoy with family. We checked in on a weekday when the crowd was less. Our checkout was on the weekend when the hotel was buzzing with guests.

Good place to chill and Friendly Staffs, Food and the view from the room is excellent.
Overall a very beautiful to go with the Loved ones !
Well maintained resort and the pools are also clean . Had a really good experience.

If at Kumarakom, Must stay at Niraamaya

You enter the premises and get amazed at the level of Greenary they have well-maintained in their property. The lavish and so very spacious construction will make you turn your head around. The rooms are beautiful as well. 8 Acres of wide-spready property gives you exclusivity and space to enjoy your vacation/honeymoon/family time. Needs of all age-category visitors is taken care of. Fish feeding pond for kids, recreational areas for elders, everything was impressive. The best part is CULTURE. Whosoever employee of the property passes by, will greet you with a NAMASTE/NAMASKARAM whether you have interacted with them or not. And let me get to another wonderful part -FOOD. The chef is mind blowing and his presentation skills are phenomenal as well. Mr. Madhur, Mr.Ganesh and almost every staff is super polite and on their toes to make your stay warmer and memorable. I feel sad that i stayed there for a single day and not for more time. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommended. Best wishes Team Niraamaya.

Room tip: Secluded property with a serene view of Vembanad lake.

Perfect example of excellent hospitality

One of the best resorts I have visited so far. They had a private beach with security - the beach view from our room was magical.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The sunset view from the restaurant was mesmerizing.
