I thought I was very unlucky to have decided to visit Lucban, Quezon on a Holy Week without making any hotel reservations ahead of time. All of the known hotels there are already fully booked and was almost loosing hope of staying the night in the area. Luckily, I happen to stumble upon a fresh looking Yellow Builiding that looks like a "Pinoy Big Brother House". Alas! Never thought that I would be lucky enough to get a room and asked the personnel why they aren't fully booked yet? Guess what, that day April 17, 2014 was their first day of operation. I was very lucky indeed as Kalesa Inn really seemed to be a lot better as they are newly openned. And of course, the hotel also got fully booked later in the afternoon. The theme is nice as you really get to feel the spanish era from staying there, except that they already have airconditioning and hot and shower. All in all, my stay was very satisfacory.
