Got a family suite the day we arrived at the hotel and was able to bargain the room price which was awesome! Room was huge and clean, had a view of the ocean which was amazing... all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We came here for dinner to eat something. First thing they told us..sorry we don't have pork, fish, shrimps or fresh fruit and only one can of coke. That limited our options extremely. The food was okay - not bad but not the best either. And it toke forever to get the food. A kitchen at the beach in a hotel should work properly during peak season!!

We arrived in Pagudpud at 12 midnight, we don't have other options on where to stay, so we payed P5000.00 for their double bedroom. Linens are moist. Beds are hard. The room is smelly. Big spider in the toilet. No basic toiletries, tissue and soap, were given. We decided to eat in their restaurant, the lady doesn't look happy to serve us so we decided to go to the nearby restaurant. Such a waste of money, we can accept the bad place but not the bad service.

We stayed here over the over the holidays and it was one of the worst experiences.

Parking was nonexistent. It took us about a couple of hours to get a spot, where we were double parked and had to squeeze in a tight spot. There was a family that got stuck, who wanted to start their drive back early in the morning who had to wait more than 3 hours to figure out who owns the other cars blocking its way.

Hotel was understaffed and disorganized. There was never anybody on the front office. Make sure to order breakfast the day before and even then, always follow up at the front door so they dont forget that you are waiting for your breakfast. I feel so bad for the staff because there seem to be only 4 people working and they do everything. The parking lot attendant is the same guy that cleans our room. The front office is the same person serving the diners. Not sure how the kitchen is staffed but we were told that they can only do the meals one at a time.

The pool, which was the biggest draw for us because we thought the kids could swim in it after dark, was dirty and murky the whole time we were there. There was no way we would want to have our kids splash around in that pool.

Bathrooms dont work. Linens and towels were threadbare.

Beaches of pagudpud are awesome. Definitely worth the trip. HOwever, the beach right in front of this hotel was dirty because it was at the very edge where there were rocks. This beachfront in front of the hotel was also where all of the sellers selling their trinkets and shirts chose to set up shop. This wasnt so bad except for they brought along their dogs (about 3) that was roaming the beach front and scaring my children. We had to set up our beach space 5 hotels over to get to a more peaceful less crowded spot.

For the price we paid for the room it seems like a ripoff. Looks somewhere else.

It’s nice to stay on this hotel, good ambiance, very neat and the room were very spacious but the only thing is that the staff here are not friendly they do not know how to welcome the guest and smile when they are serving people. We didn't appreciate the food on the hotel especially there service.
