during our stay at the Hummingbird Hangout in the hills near Marigot Bay, we had a perfect day trip by boat with Sava who guided us pretty well during the whole day. He tooks us off-the-track to a small fisherman village called Canaries and from there on a 3 hour trail straight through the jungle passing numerous different fruits and trees. Sava took his time and explained us a lot about the typical flora and fauna and picked us some fresh fruits right from the trees. At the end of the hike, we arrived at a true hidden waterfall gem in the middle of nowhere. It was awesome. You definitely need good shoes and a good physical condition. This is no round trip, so you walk 90 minutes into the jungle and 90 minutes back to the boat. On our way back we enjoyed a local lunch in Canaries and had a stop at the Anse Cochon beach near Ti Kaye resort. It's a nice beach but can be crowded by other boat and snorkeling tours. We enjoyed our day with Sava and we can recommend his service. Thank you once again for guiding us.

Thank Matthias K

Another great boat ride with Denver, a short afternoon trip on Marigot’s beautiful bay. You can count on this fine man for knowledgeable information of the area, and a safe trip on the water. He’s become my friend!

Denver is such a great tour guide!! We decided as a family to book a day trip with him on his water taxi. Funny enough his Mom, Anselma was our cook (she is fab by the way if you are staying in the area) and mentioned Denver's business to us. He is different from other tours b/c he customizes to what you want!! We were looking for a day of visiting beaches, snorkeling and a bbq lunch on the beach. Also to mention - my husband and I are vegan and Denver totally accommodated our needs!! We were picked up at Marigot Bay ferry area and made our way around the west side off the island. Denver would tell us about each of the areas we passed by. We first made a stop at a black sand beach where we were able to do a little snorkeling and swimming while he cooked up our lunch. Our lunch was FANTASTIC!! I had a vegetable stew that was so tasty, alongside some rice, salad and cucumbers. My family had some chicken and fish which they all gobbled right up! Next we packed up and we went off to Sugar beach in Soufriere (close to where the Pitons are). This was SPECTACULAR snorkeling! We couldn't get enough. It honestly looked like we were swimming on top of a fish tank in a good way hahaha. We also liked that there was a smoothie man, nice bathroom facilities and beach chairs open to the public. It does get a little bit busier on this beach, but I say it's def worth it. We finished our day taking some pictures of the Pitons in the perfect spot and then made our way back to Marigot Bay. Denver and his assistant had waters, beers, sodas available for the ride home. I definitely recommend booking him to get the special experience you are looking for. :)

We were met right next to the cruise ship,. We began our trip with a ride along the coast with some info about the island from our Captain Denver. We then made our first stop at beautiful Marigot Bay. After a short stop we headed to our favorite spot of the trip Anse Chacon where we enjoyed a very private beach and snorkeling. next we took the boat down to Anse Chastanet Beach we had lunch there and enjoyed the water. Last stop was to the Pitons and then a trip back to our cruise ship great tour great people we loved it
