Iate here last tuesday ,there were six of us ,one of which was a cousin from california and what a lovely night we had. Cuz was most impressed!The service was faultless, as was the food.Our lovely waiter and waitress were friendly, efficient and attentive ,but not obtrusive .The bruscheta starters were delicious ,as was soup, the pate and the piping hot pile of crispy potato skins, this was after complementary garlic breads , totally unexpected and yum! four of us had fillet steaks with assorted sauces ,two had different chicken dishes and everything was excellent.Perfectly cooked steaks ,medium ,medium rare and rare exactly how they should be cooked ,accompanied by proper homemade chips, not slabs of flaccid "gastro" chips or wedges that so many establishments seem to favour these days. the wine was perfectly quaffable ,the draught lager cold and refreshing. 5/6 too stuffed for deserts but my son in law was given a huge ice cream sundae in lieu of ours .So generous! superb value for money with no compromise on the quality of ingredients,don't know how you manage it ,but please don't stop! I have eaten in many high end restaurants ,and freely admit I'm hard to please, so it is high praise indeed when i say it was wonderful in every way......... thanks guys ,we will be back soon ,hope youv'e got a new bottle of Sambucca ready ;)
