This place is just what you need If you look for a bed and your own bathroom. The room is clean, but expect nothing fancy. An airconditioning unit, basic bathroom, simple bed and a blanket. Get your eggs nicely served for breakfast in the morning. Delimah even did some laundry for us (obviously we paid for that). The guest house is one of the last houses in Kuala Tahan so set quitely. But the town is small and within a 5-10 minutes walk you can cross to Taman Negara or visit the floating restaurants. We came by car and you can park in front of the house. A very good alternative for your stay in Taman Negara we would say!

Maybe we expected too much from the guesthouse after reading the reviews but actually we were a bit disappointed. The GH was reasonably priced, well located and Delimah and her daughter were very friendly and efficient. I just found the room, and particularly the bathroom a bit dirty and smelly. The towels were grey and smelly and Room 2 had a real fusty smell to it. We were there three nights and the bathroom just got smellier and smellier. The breakfast was simple but fine and the welcome drink was lovely. I feel a bit bad as the hosts were so pleasant but feel the rooms were a real let down and were in need of some sprucing up ( and a new set of towels). I wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely, friendly family hosts. Offered fresh juice on arrival. Help booking activities and transport. Rooms spacious, clean. Breakfast of toast and coffee and eggs. Good location nearby shops and places to eat. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Delimah guest house is very simple & basic but I give full marks to cleanliness. Rooms are quite reasonable size with attached baths which are quite small but for a couple of days, its ok.
The owners Delimah & her husband Aki are very friendly & helpful. Delimah served us with breakfast every morning. Its at walking distance from shops, restaurants & jetty. Liked the place & wouldn't mind staying there again.

The room was simple but it was clean and spacious. Attached bathroom had a really good hot shower and aircond worked well. there was also tea and coffee all day, plus a good generous breakfast. The couple running this place are very nice & welcoming people, thats the best part! Maybe this homestay costs just a little more than others in the area but we felt it was well worth it for what we got :) It is located a bit away from the touristy jetty area, but still around a 5 minute walk to the boats. Overall we loved it. Thank you for everything :)
