Don't be put off by the entrance off the road. This pensionne offers a very comfortable, affordable stay for the weary traveler. It is tastefully decorated and the the rooms are large, clean and well maintained. The staff were always, friendly, competent and very helpful. Wi fi is great and the convenience of the 711 store next door makes for everything you would want from a budget hotel.

Not much to look at from the street, but with a friendly welcome from staff, helping to park on their drive, we were led through a beautiful courtyard and seating area to our room. Clean and spacious with air con, tv and shower. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the main road, with a nice outside seating area on the veranda. Highly recommended and only 1100 php (£15) per night.
Called them on their mobile and booked a queens bed room but got a twins bed instead. But overall the place is great for the price. I paid 950 for an overnight stay.
Pros:
- There was a water heater for the shower
- The bathroom is small but the amenities was complete it even included a bidet which is rare (based on a previous experience I had staying at 2 previous hotels here)
-The Bed is soft
-There was cable tv (Although the TV was a CRT type)
- The WiFi is great and the signal is strong. Good for emails and facebook (but if you're always bringing your work with you and taking in skype calls I suggest purchasing an LTE mobile WiFi)
-There was an outlet on the bedside
Suggestions:
The curtains are a bit thin so at night time you can be seen outside. I like to keep the lights open whenever I stay at a hotel room so I placed a bedsheet at the curtain rails.
Would I stay here again? Definitely.

This is not the most glamourous hotel but the service is definitely top notch. Being a hotelier, I must admit that I am thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The rooms are clean and has all the necessities that are needed. It has a good wifi connection, an extremely polite front office team, good location and really good pricing. It is near the city centre and also the airport. Besides that, the accommodation has a little garden at the backyard with a tastefully decorated gazebo. What else can you ask for?
Our room is at the 1st floor, room is clean and extra person will get a folding bed with mattress so it would not be on the floor.
When we arrived, there's a bad smell on the bathroom. I can't explain what it is but maybe because there's no exhaust fan. They provided a glade and fortunately it works.
The hotel is located beside a 7-11 store. Transportation is not a problem, you can easily get trike to bring you where you want. Airport is 10-15mins only.
