On a recent business trip to Kalibo, we stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is situated along a major road not too far from the airport and the town proper. Restaurants, shops and the church are a few minutes away by tricycle.

Rooms in this hotel are very spacious. I was given one of the De Luxe rooms which had a balcony, giving more room to move around in. The room and bathrooms are clean, sheets smell and feel good, towels are plush and the bed had good mattress. However, blankets are not ample as these are thin cotton sheets, lacking the fleece blankets that would have given more warmth when one sleeps. It would be good to have these fleece blankets with the cotton sheets to complete the beddings.

Staff have been very, very nice and efficient. Courteous and always pleasant, well groomed and always ready to serve.

Rooms with the balconies are best since this gives more room and provides more natural light into the room. Though the hotel does not have a scenic view to offer, the balcony is always a welcome treat. However, it may be best to advice the concierge to place you in a room that is not beside one of the rooms occupied by the flight attendants who are frequent guests of the hotel. This is because some of these guests treat the rooms and balconies like their own home space and have drinks, music and a little party late into the night, oblivious of the other guests. Of the 6 nights we stayed, 2 of the nights had such parties on 2 different occasions, with 2 different parties, from 2 different rooms. And it seems, this is tolerated by the hotel to the detriment of the other guests that are unfortunate to be placed right beside these guests. It would be a good suggestion to have these guests hold their little parties in the ground floor lanai instead of the balconies so they do not disturb the other guests.

Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay in. The staff makes one feel at home. The breakfast buffet though may need to be more consistent and can do away with the hotdog and luncheon meat. Less processed meat would make it much, much better, which they have on other days with offerings such as dried fish, congee, meat hash. Other fruit choices would also be welcome aside from the bananas, and brewed coffee would also be a most welcome treat instead of the instant coffee.

Room tip: Rooms with balconies are best but have the concierge place you in rooms away from those who party in their balconies

We were with a team for business and held a seminar in this hotel: +++ convenient location; +++++ very friendly staff; +++ Clean rooms; ----- NO TEA for breakfast (I dunno why simple teabags could not be served at breakfast, only horrible powdered coffee); --- conference/meeting hall is on top (4th) floor, but no elevator, not convenient for some elderly and PWDs.

Room tip: Bring your own tea, in case you like to have tea for breakfast; it's clean and conveniently located in case you get stuck in Kalibo.

Not for from Kalibo airport, so quite convinient when you arrive late night. Polite staff and good breakfasts. Had some problems with WI-FI but for 1 night stay its not so much important. So can recommend to take it on the way to Boracay.

Flight was delayed by almost 6 hours and was now arriving in Kalibo near midnight, so booked a one night stopover at the Premier Business Hotel in Kalibo.
Check in was fast and efficient and was shown to my Room, the room was basic and clean, comfortable bed, and good tv channel selection. The walls desperately require painting as bare patched plaster is not very aesthetic.
In the morning breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor. The choice was aimed at Filipino customers. No western choices apart from toast and fruit. Coffee was Nescafé instant sachets, for a business hotel would expect a brewed coffee!
Overall, staff are efficient , helpful and polite.
