Overall a decent hotel, nice staff. However
Drinks and food cost a fortune - use the supermarket 5 min walk away and have a drink in your room is my advice.
Rooms are feeling a bit dated now, they need an update.
However the worst aspect by far was the daily scrum for breakfast. 30 mins standing in a queue which stretched 2 flights of stairs back into the main reception area. People grumpy staff stressed and overall the worst breakfast experience i have ever had in a hotel. IF you go to breakfast after the parks have opened the queue isnt bad but you are missing your day at the park. They HAVE to get this sorted.

I went together with my husband in Nov 2017 for our Annivesary. We had a great stay in the hotel. The hotels mostly for families can accomodate for 4pax (2adults + 2childs). The hotels is near to Disneyland and Walt Disney about 10min and free shuttle bus services is provided at a certain timing. The place is 45min from the Airport by Car. As you can see feom the pictures i taken they have nice view and the hotels look like Castle. They provide varities of foods for the breakfast and delicious. Is a yes to go again!

This was a lovely hotel near Disney Paris Parks. The rooms and beds were very cozy and comfy. The shower gel and closet space are a plus. Great for families as the two room suite can easily accommodate a nice size family.
The breakfast was good and convenient a must get for the price(package) with the room.
My only complaint was the lack of a iron in the rooms, and the hotel (building) needs some TLC. The evening buffet price is not family friendly. Other than that the free shuttle comes every 15 mins. to Disney. For 5 euros you can get a transit van to the local outlet shops and mall. The exterior and grounds are spectacular. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
This was part one of our stay in Paris, and we enjoyed it.

Room Tip: Corner suites are very large. Rooms are quiet.

Family room was great. 5 and 9 year olds loved the bunk beds. King size bed was very comfortable. Free shuttle bus was very handy for Disney and return to station- just wish we’d known about it on arrival and saved the 15 Euro taxi fee! Although busy, we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for one. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a good selection and set up us for the day. Not so keen on the evening buffet (not much for picky kids) but ok overall. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here end of March. Myself my mother in law 19 and 9 year old.
The hotel staff I found friendly. Expensive hotel though, 8e for two cups of tea, room service on each item we got, 2x pizza and charged 6e to each over priced pizza. I wouldn’t mind we went down for it but they insisted it get brought up. The rooms were grand, had a bunk bed and double bed but the bunk bed I had to sleep on as was to dangerous for my 9 year old and she’s not timid but it was difficult to get out of. Rooms were clean and changed daily if requested. Lovely gardens if they weather had been nicer we coulda made the most of it. Lovely warm pool for the kids with small slide, putt no hair dryer in bathroom pool
Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom and hair dryer in the bathroom. I would go back however as I hear that all the hotels are expensive, but maybe read up more on reviews. Shuttle bus to euro was handy, and great private transfer to and from the airport.
