In the main part of Macau is quite crowded while this church is fine, not so many people. Really relaxing to visit.

Just has 10 minutes, was a bit rushed. However can say, was worth the stop. Its a functional Church not only for tourism. Nice architecture, for those into such stuff. Neatly kept grounds.

We arrived here around 10am on a weekday and there was not a tourist in sight aside from our little group. The place was small and the architecture was not impressive but it was peaceful, the right ambience for a church.

Another delightful Portuguese chuch built in Macau reflecting their Christian faith but also it adds to cultural and religious diversity when the east succesfuly met the west in Macau.

This is another illustration that using tours is not necessarily the best way to go. Although the place and the garden looked great, our tour guide did not get us time to enjoy the place and limited the story to a few phrase. I do not want to make any general comments - it is certainly possible that we got unlucky.
