Dear Sanchach, thank you for the five bubbles even I owe you my apologies. We are still in phase of rebuilding our staff after more than two years closure due to Covid. Business is actually coming back, even better than expected with +30% of what it was before Covid. Our staff are actually 20 versus 60-65 before Covid. All my efforts are focussed on retraining old staff and training new staff but as on every job, there is also a part “learing by doing” till everything is “round” again. This doesn’t excuse the “miss haps” you mentioned. At dinner, waiters are always expected to ask the guests if they want some extra and they are forbidden to serve anything that is not perfect, the waiter being the last check. It seems I will have to talk to the night guard as well. I can only offer my apologies and if ever you visit us again, please address me in person so we can do a little something extra for you.
Meanwhile I also know what you mean with “a big group very load…” That was actually the birthday party of our companies president. It happens one time in year. That day we had only a few rooms occupied and all guest were invited to participate. Nevertheless you are perfectly right, the band was so loud, conversation almost impossible likewise most people were just paying with their phone. I believe I stopped the band around 10.30 pm maybe 11 pm. From what you say it looks like some staying overnight may have been tipsy and loud even later on. Also for this my apologies, this shouldn’t be and it did not please me either.
