We have noted your observation regarding the souvenir items and are working on adding other items in the near future. Please allow us to look into the matter of the beach towels. Though they are not for sale, we have accommodated guests' requests to purchase them in the past. We would also like to clarify that guests may avail of second servings for our plated meals without any additional charge. It is possible that you were misinformed, however, upon checking, our records show that your party was served seconds during your breakfast on January 21, 2020.
