Location is good. its easy to find. Roads are safe.

Sabangan Beach Resort needs improvement.

Parking is a bit small.

The place is nice with a garden.

Clean outdoor space.

2C room, clean but a bit old. Bring off lotion for the mosquitoes.

Nice spacious balcony but with flies, one of the staff gave us candles to drive them away.

Bathrooms are just okay, needs improvement though.

Food is just adequate but at least buffet style.

Staff are not that attentive but courteous.

This is just a small place so expect a crowded place specially when they are full of guests.

It is unfortunate that during our stay they have this group of people having their company outing.

Some of them are rowdy, house rules no Videoke but they are singing at the top of their lungs even during wee hours.

Their having a party at the 2nd floor of the pavilion/restaurant and some of the men are having a blast also peeing at the 2nd floor into the front area of our room. Very rude! And even if we are looking up and staring at them they are just smiling, to avoid conflict with these drunk men we entered our room and advise the front desk in the morning. I hope they did asked that company's head or manager to do something about it.

Pool and kiddie pool are nice. Again, this is just a small place so expect a crowded area pool.

The beach though is beautiful with clean white sand. I don't know what happened to the Laiya Batangas local government, why are they allowing these resorts to put barricades in front of their shoreline. Five years ago we went here also but the shoreline were open and you can go walking around without other resort staff saying that you can't walk in front of their shoreline if you are not a guest. Shocking!

Local government also have a PHP20.00/head "Ecological Fee" Ordinance, if you asked the resort staff what is that for, they don't know, but it is just implemented by the City Hall. Also, going to the resort, we noticed some people living on the side of the road. Literally living on the walkway side of the road. They are contributing to the traffic going to the resorts area.

Overall this is just a moderate resort.

Sabangan beach resort is in the same shoreline with Blue Coral, Acuatico and Acuaverde. It is actually in between Blue Coral and Acuatico. Having said that, they are less modernized but closer to nature designed resort. The staff are very accommodating and will always greet you with a smile. The package they have is with full board meals so you don't have to worry about your food while you are there. The room that we got (family of 4) has just enough space inside but the porch is very spacious so you can dry your clothes and there's place to hang out. It is also has easy access to the swimming pool so it is very convenient when you are with kids. The swimming pool is small compared to its neighbor resorts so it can become crowded at times. The whole place is clean and the beach is really beautiful. I would go back to this place again.

The place was nice, garden-y. Service is not so good, staff may benefit from guest-care training. Room is very small for the price, nothing in the ref, and very hard to order drinks or food from the kitchen. Bathroom is not very clean, has some smells. Pool was dirty. Noise from construction distracted from vacation mood. Food included in the package was adequate, actually yummy, but needed more variety.

⁃ the place is under renovation so expect construction noise and dusts.
⁃ We stayed at their new building the Guijo, the bathroom drainage is commensurate to the water flow of the shower. It’s very slow.
⁃ Hot/cold shower not working.
⁃ They will charge you for add’l/beach towels

⁃ Accommodation Price is reasonable. For 10k, good for 4pax including full board meals.
⁃ Add’l bed is free
⁃ Room has balcony where you can lounge in a rocking chair. But you cannot fully enjoy it yet because of the ongoing construction.
⁃ Friendly and good customer service. Courteous staff.
⁃ I like their pool because it’s toddler friendly.
⁃ Their buffet spread is actually good
⁃ Definitely good for Group and family getaway.

Been here late last year and this review is actually long overdue. Rooms as the title suggests are quite impressive to me in the sense that the staff are able to maintain a basic must in a resort or hotel for that matter, which is cleanliness. For me, an otherwise dirty room would spoil my vacation even if I have the most amazing view right at my window, or even if the food is excellent. Though in this case I would say food is so-so. Still acceptable to me since you cant expect too much with the rate of the room including the full board meals. Ice cream at their in-property store is quite expensive, but maybe just right since there are only a few stores along the road. Pool is small but ok. I particularly like the hammocks. Did not spend too much time at the beach since it wasnt of fine sand but rather of small pebbles that hurt my feet quite a bit. They are not so strict we were able to bring in alcoholic drinks and no one called our attention even if they saw us drinking at our room's balcony.
