I recommend this Beach/Resort to everyone, Since I'm a pet lover, this place was perfect for it because it was Pet Friendly, about the staffs specially the owner they're very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back here. No more long reviews for this, One thing I could say, ONE OF THE BEST BEACH RESORT in batangas. Thank you! Beach House Laiya. See you again! :)

If I could only give a negative star rating, I would! The owner is an imbecile! We booked a beach front room and their check-in time was 2pm. We arrived at 4pm and the room wasn't available yet due to "friends" of the owner occupying it. They offered us a small temporary room (which was only for 2 and there were 4 of us plus my kid) that we declined because we didn't want to be bothered by the hassle of moving our belongings again, so we opted to wait. After 2 hours, I requested to speak to the owner with the hopes of letting us check-in to our reserved room. He came after 30mins and greeted me with a condescending tone "Sino ka ba? Ikaw ba may ari ng resort??" then on, I knew I won't get anything by talking to him but heck! We were already there, we already waited 2 hours and a half and all so I tried my luck. He then on asked me what we wanted to happen and I said we just want to check-in. He still didn't want to give us the room cause he said his friends were going to rest. So he didn't and wasn't going to give us what we reserved anyway! The conversation went no where but South until he asked us to leave his resort saying "I don't need your 30k! Madami ako niyan. I don't need to deal with people like you! You're not welcome here anymore." So we did! We didn't want to stay with that kind of customer service. I really thought it was the staff who needed some training but it turns out it rots to the roots!
Overnight stay with the team for our team building. It was so full of fun bonding at the same time so relaxing. We appreciate the resort for setting us up a lantern lights beside the beach on the night time as an alternative for bonfire. The staff were so accomodating and friendly. Over all, it was an excellent service and so relaxing resort.

I will say this is in Tagalog to fully express my disappointments—
1. Rusty faucet sa lababo, yung tipong ayaw mo na magtoothbrush nakakadiring tingnan (see photos)
2. Pillows — ay grabe! Swerte mo na kung foamed and makuha mo, otherwise, kung hindi matigas, hindi mo maintindihan kung anong laman ng unan nila, feeling ko parang mga dahon ang nasa loob! KADIRI!!!
3. Bedsheets —- mapupunit na sa sobrang nipis!
4. Yung blankets? Kasing nipis and kupas na mga prints sa sobrang luma na!!! Bwisit! At take note, kung hindi ka hihingi ng kumot hindi ka rin bibigyan.
5. Bathroom — imagine yung sa mga horror films and bathroom na kinalawang na ang gripo, yellow na ang walls, walang Bidet!!! But the jurrasic tabo! Syempre banyo na nandun na rin ang toilet, so basa ang floor ALL THE TIME!
6. WALANG TOILETRIES! Walang complimentary sabon, shampoo, toothbrush/paste!!! So kung magbabayad man lang din ako ng 6,500/night sa room (good for 8pax)? Tapos ganito naman ka walang kwenta ang tutulogan ko? HINDI NA!!!!
7. WALANG TOWELS!!! If i am a backpacker and is looking for a night to stay in a beach house resort such as this? Paano ako maligo ng walang towel?!
8. Free breakfast daw?? So yun na yun? Coffee, pandesal, sopas? Isang oras lang??? Nagkape lang ako , pumunta sa beach pagbalik ko “la na”! Ligpit na bfast table! Ano yun?
9. Spoon & Fork — imagine fork na manipis na baluktot na!? Spoon na manipis na halos masugat na gilagid at labi mo pagsusubo sa sobrang nipis at talas? Di hayop ang guests nio oi!
10. Beach — ayaw ko sa seabed landscape sa parteng eto, ang panget ng dagat! Ang layo na ng nilakad ko hanggang tuhod pa lang ang tubig! Ok lang sana kung ganon basta maputi ang buhangin, e kaso hindi! Ewan!!!
11. They don’t serve food! Papabili ka sa labas, sa Andoks, etc! Basta nakaka disappoint kayo!
So don’t be fooled by excellent reviews! This is the WORST resort I have ever been to!
Beach front nga! Hindi lang naman beach ang pinunta ko, i wanted to unwind, to relax, pero how could that happen when even the room is all messed up and failed my expectations!
Sana mabasa ‘to ng management ng Beach House Punto Miguel in Laiya, Batangas.
Wag lang puro kita ang atupagin nio ha, mag inspect din kayo sa mga rooms nio if it’s livable!
Hindi biro ang magbayad ng 6500/night tapos ganyan ka salaula ang accommodation nio? No way man!!! Not cool!BULOK NA RESORT MO, PAAYOS MO NAMAN!

There are a handful if not hundreds of resorts to choose from, but if you want an affordable relaxing beachfront, look no where else, BEACH HOUSE LAIYA offers all the above mentioned and more! The owner is hospitable and willing to offer any assistance to most guests.
