Nice, simple, basic room with bath/shower. A few things needed fixing but understandable after a long season and no problem. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Housekeeper lovely and kept me supplied with towels and loo roll, for cold! Quiet back room, overlooking residential flats, #202. Lift to mezzanine floors between. Location is superb, 5m walk to Frontier, plenty of very fine restaurants just around the corner. Excellent WiFi.

Room tip: #202, end of cooridor, back room, twin.

As other reviewers have said, not even worth one star. The room I stayed in was generally very poor and nothing like the photos of the room advertised when booking online. All in all was pleased when it got to 6 AM so I could leave!

We booked this hotel because there were no other hotels that we could get on the dates we needed. We understood that it is a one star hotel, however, we have stayed in hostels nicer than this.
The room has mould on the ceiling and smells like sewers. The shower didn't work properly either, either had it scorching hot or cold. Luckily we only needed it for a night. We also agree with other comments, the hotel does need a paint job and a lot of money put into it.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Smelled of mould and sewer, damp and disgusting. Shower tiles were completely broken and as you flushed the toilet it flooded from the base of the toilet seat to the floor (with everything you were trying to flush down). Only one electric outlet so you have to decide if you watch tv which had no remote control, or use the fan. Mattresses had blood on them an the sheets had hair. There were also bed bugs. No one spoke English on the reception. Even though I usually travel on a budget and I'm used to budget hotels, this was the worst I've ever been. There was a cheaper hostel around the corner where we also stayed and it was a million times better.

Room tip: Horrible, don't go

The hotel was cheap but not the cheapest around, the room was small and basic but had things falling from the wall in the bathroom. I'm so happy i only stayed here for 1 night because wouldn't like to have stayed longer. They don't need to spend a load of money on it just do the basic things like painting and drilling things properly on the walls
