We bobbed in for Sunday lunch, WOW! We both got Roast beef, and it was delicious. The gravy was amazing, seriously do not know how that's made but its the best we've had. Great price perfect location ...

I often have a few pints here and a catch up with friends. With friends living in Pateley Bridge and Otley it makes an ideal meeting place. A well kept selection of ales, good atmosphere and a very welcoming landlord all go to make a good evening out.
Looking for somewhere to go for lunch today, never eaten here before thought we would give it ago. Very comprehensive menu, made our selection. In no time at tall our meal arrived, delicious compliments to the chef. As ever a great pint and now a great meal as well.
Finished the afternoon off with a nice walk round Fewston Reservoir, so all in all great. If you are passing the Hopper or are looking for somewhere to eat or drink do call in.

The Hopper Lane Hotel serves really great food - chips are double cooked and fantastic, home made minted lamb pie to die for and service with a smile. It is situated in a beautiful part of North a Yorkshire and also offers accommodation. We didn’t stay there but ate in the restaurant three times during our North Yorkshire stay - it was much better than the Ivy in Harrogate and half the price !!!
Check it out you won’t be disappointed !!
Thanks

Visited this lovely pub whilst camping nearby.
Menu was great with some specials also available, plus a kids menu.
We all left full to bursting and thoroughly enjoyed our choices. 2 adults and three kids cost £50 which for drinks and food was great value.
Pool table was only 50p!
Will be recommending to others.

We visited after a visit to Embsay Steam Railway on our way home.
It’s been three or four years since our last visit, and boy has it changed. Food excellent, service, friendly, beer very good value.
Surroundings clean and fresh.
Nothing really to add, except perhaps to put in a request to the boss (wife)for a return visit SOON,
