What can I say?! Our trip here was amazing! Between the management staff, dive shop staff, dive masters (shout-out to Alfred ), restaurant staff, and housekeeping, everyone was amazing!! ️️️️️
DIVE SHOP - As a scuba diver that has travelled to many dive resort locations around the world, I have to say this is probably the best experience that we've had with an all-inclusive dive resort. The dive shop staff makes a special effort to make sure that you are well taken care of. They do all they can to make sure your dive experience is as little work as possible. From the time you bring your gear to the dive shop, they prepare you set-up for you, as you like it, take your gear to the boats for each dive, and encourage you to take it off before climbing on the boat, so they can bring it on for you. When arriving back to the resort, staff will take you gear back to the shop, rinse it, and hang it back up in your assigned gear area for it to dry for your next dives. The only responsibility for you is to analyze tanks if you're using nitrox. So great!
RESTAURANT - Tokos, the onsite restaurant was great! The staff was so friendly and attentive to our needs each day, and for each meal. Always greeted by name and a smile. The food was terrific with options for each of the three courses for lunch and dinner. For those with dietary needs, the staff goes above and beyond to try and accommodate your requests. The chef even made a point to address us personally to make sure our specific dietary concerns were satisfied. Food options were plentiful with a different meal each time, not duplicated over a two week period. The wait staff and bartenders were great! Definitely friends to remember.
HOUSEKEEPING/GROUNDS - The rooms and resort are well taken care of by the staff. Housekeeping daily to make sure you have a clean room, dry towels, and amenities that you need. Always saying hello when you catch their eye walking through the resort. And not to be overlooked, the grounds-keepers tirelessly maintaining the lush tropical environment and making sure the flower beds and walkways are clean and free of debris.
SPA - A great onsite spa with friendly and well trained masseuses. They use a variety of techniques to ease you aches and pains, or just to relax you after a long day of diving. Beautiful pool side spa with private, enclosed and air conditioned rooms. On average, treatment / massage costs / prices were about $30 to $40 USD. Well worth it! Make sure to book during your stay.
MANAGEMENT STAFF - And last but not least, the management staff is awesome! Very personal and attentive to your needs, as specific as they may be. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking and that we were comfortable with our experience there. The definitely lived up to their motto of 'Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend'! Thank you so much for helping to make our experience one that was unforgettable.
All in all, you should definitely give Atlantis Dive Resort & Spa a strong consideration when looking for your next scuba diving trip! We don't think you be'll disappointed.
Thanks again to all staff for making our trip so great! We definitely can't wait to visit and see you all again as the friends that you are now to us! Until next time !!
