Philippine Scuba Adventure part 1

We dove with Pura Vida Divers. The staff and crew were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us find and photograph some amazing sea creatures. We loved our 4 days of diving with this exceptional bunch of dive professionals.

Room tip: close to the beach

exceeded our expectations

We were a group who booked 20 rooms for 3 days. The room and food were very good. The location is beautiful with the manicured gardens. The people very friendly. Dauin was a pleasant surprise - great place to visit. Pura Vida is the place to stay in as it exceeds all expectations. From the start of the planning months prior to when we actually arrived til we left. Ana from Pura Vida was excellent in all ways.

i highly recommend Pura Vida.

Disappointing

Very DISAPPOINTED with our return visit. The family room which is 12,000 Pesos per night has a broken lock and needs to be PADLOCKED from the outside and can't lock from the inside! The FRONT window has NO COVERS so at night when the reflective filter is useless passerbys can view directly into your room all the way into the bathroom. Also the hot water didn't work.

I had to INSIST on having these fixed because the front office staff acted like this was perfectly normal.

When we requested to be moved to an equivalent room when the other guests check out it was DECLINED because " It is too much work to move you." This is verbatim from a reception staff!

The resort owners need to train staff better at customer service instead of beaury pageants for their 18th anniversary because right now they are APPALING! They ruined my stay and damaged the resort image. DO BETTER Pura Vida!

I have included pics of the padlock and shabby effort with the curtain using nails and masking tape.

Pura vida buena!!!!

Great resort with great accommodations and helpful staff, coming back again. Perfect place to relax and chill away from busy dumaguete. Bungalows also perfect just the basics what you need. Clean roomy
