Nice place, rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was really good, both European and Filipino food. Really nice staff too. The resort is directly at the beach which was quiet and beautiful. There is live music in the evenings which you can also hear within your room but never until late at night so it didn’t bother us at all (we travelled with a baby).

A very cozy family style resort and the stay there was highly enjoyable. The amenities were excellent as were the food choices. The nipa hut on the beach is a nice touch and relaxing in it made for a wonderful evening. The live band on saturday night and sunday buffet also was overall a very touch. The people we were with all observed how friendly the staff were and their smiles were a welcome invitation to the place. The beach was also less crowded and the waters very soothing. The penthouse suite we got to stay in was awesome and decor and amenities easily competes with any boutique hotel in USA. Would highly recommend this resort.

Room tip: awesome views especially from penthouse suite

Spent 4 nights there. Clean, tidy with attentive staff and good food. This and it's beach location makes it a winner. Will be more accessible once the new extension on the expressway from Manila is completed.

I come here almost weekly and have been for over a year. Nice setting, good location away from the crowd but decent surf break, excellent food. Try the German Food and beers. German beer on tap. Did I say sausages and potato salad or goulash or pretzel, decent breakfast and good coffee. Music in evening. They simply know what they are doing.

Premises: The multi-colored hotel is what makes it a stand-out among the rest of the establishment here. Although afar from the main road you definitely won't need to go anywhere else.

Place: The place is literally at the beach, at high tide the sea is an inch away their dining area and is perfect for swimming and surfing (La Union's coast is famous for jellyfishes though). The room is very clean and smells fresh from all corners. The wifi signal is quite strong even within the room however, the cellphone signal is intermittent for smart (strong for globe users).

Passion for Service: Though it takes time for the check-in and check-out process, their staff is quite helpful and anticipates your needs even while at the restaurant.

Plate: Enormous variety of food is available. I've tried most of their menu especially during dinner time, and it is a bang for one's buck, the serving is hefty and the German cuisine is astoundingly delicious and palatable.

Price: Reasonable for its amenities, accessibility and food

Room tip: Rooms at the second floor are quieter and gives you instant access to the deck
