It was my 4th visit....and still consistently good after all these years... The small resort is still well-maintained. The prices have risen after all these years but still is fairly priced and cheaper in comparison to the bigger resort across the street. The rooms are clean, sheets are comfortable, the bathroom has not shown any wear and tear.
The plated breakfast can use a bit on an improvement. I miss the buffet breakfast we used to have the previous years but they said that they still offer it on Sundays. I suggest that you amend the breakfast a bit. If it is not a sunday, why not let the guests choose a rice meal then add either a pancake, waffle or congee dish and make the coffee refillable. That would really perk up the morning of the guests.
Also, the massage service needs more trained, younger therapists. The therapists are a bit seasoned so they may be tired from all those years of giving massages. The kubo is too hot to have a massage even at night so I had mine in the room.
Overall, I would not have really picked another resort to stay in San Juan. I will come back over and over again.More
