Much of the tasty food served is grown on the mountain side around the cafe. Nicely prepared by friendly staff. Eat on the terrace with spectacular views over the mountains to Kingston Bay and watch the doctor (humming) birds feeding close to your table. Ensure your phone and tablet are fully charged as the power routinely goes off during daylight hours. I stayed overnight so had an evening meal, breakfast and a lunch all of which I enjoyed. I wished I could have stayed longer. BEWARE - the road from Kingston is not too bad by Jamaican standards but only use the road north to Buff Bay if you have a tough 4WD!

Stopped at EITS after a stunning journey over the Blue Mountains via the B1. Food, views and vibe were all wonderful. Would love to come back and stay (cafe is part of Mount Edge B&B). Not to be missed.
