A spontaneous food adventure ... and the best place to do it. Saffron laced fish soup, veal tarter with fresh asparagus tempura spears served with dots of colour.....fresh beet and fresh spring green peas, lining the side of a japanese style serving dish. sounds a bit too much but simply delicious. the main course was the wiener schnitzel served with cherry tomatoes and slivers of parmesan. not only simply decicious but truly delicious. The service was as usual serious but done with charm. Feel free to ask for recommedations because the interest is focussed on the guest.
