Kamy and her staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient, right by our apartment and the location was beautiful, quiet and rural. It was a short well-signed drive out of Noto. It would have been useful to know beforehand that the swimming pool was closed, but it was November! October would probably have been a better time to visit. The concept of a well-appointed kitchen is probably different in Italy than in Britain. There were four gas rings and a good fridge/freezer, but no grill, oven or kettle. When we asked, they were very quick in providing us with a small portable oven/grill (fornetto). The automatic entrance gate had a fault and didn't open wide enough. We did arrive in a torrential downpour, and it seemed a bit cold at first, but things vastly improved when the sun came out and we'd had the heating on for a bit (no heating in the bedroom). We would recommend a visit to Noto Antica, which was very interesting, and the nature reserve at Vendicari, which is very good for walkers and birdwatchers.

Easy to find location, a mile outside of Noto, so out was an easy drive/walk into town.
Fairly new residences with full facilities, well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay there, and hung out with some of the other folks.
While it is on a lemon farm, there isn't much of a relationship with the actual farming.

In eight years we have spend five vacations here. Why? Salvo and Camilla offer a normal "home away from home" experience. Apart from having a pool there and not at home :-). The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious, water is always hot and the pool is amazing.

You have plenty of space for yourself in the residence and you are just minutes away from Noto the a baroque centre of Val di Noto the famous Human heritage.

So - go there and enjoy!

i stayed in villa vesta which is all owned by the same family and is directly across the road, its 2 apt called the orange and lemon apt, beautiful, clean wonderfully peaceful, the owners are incredibly helpful, car is needed and its close to all the eatery etc, would i return, YES also i prefer this side of sicily compared to marsala and palermo, if you like cycling then the surrounding mountains are on your shoulder, its not so well known at the moment but in the next year or so i think it will become very popular

Great apartment with pool availability everything surrounded by Sicilian hospitality and lemon trees.
Short distance by car (round about 30 minutes) to the sea and the “Caribbean” beaches Cala Mosche, Vendicari, Marzamemi, Isola delle correnti, San Lorenzo etc.
