Stayed here for a week 4-11Mar17 as part of a package with 40+ others.
Perhaps we didn't book enough rooms but the majority were cramped but comfortable. The toilet (separate from bathroom) has to be entered either facing or back to bowl as there is no room to turn. As for trying to use toilet paper...!
The TV costs €40 per week and only works in perfect weather conditions (at 1550m!)
Wifi costs €20 per week and is unreliable, low band width and doesn't cover all the rooms - I'm writing this sitting on the floor by the main lifts on the fourth floor.
Bedding consists of a pillow (poor quality) and comfortable blanket with pillowcase and sheets available to pick up from a central repository.

Basic accommodation; thank goodness the skiing was excellent!

The location is great, you are almost on the slope with the appartement. Unfortunately the room was not that clean, check-in was terrible and staff didnt spoke english very well.
We asked for chancing the lamps( two didnt work), but nobody came. Finally we went to a guy how worked in the residence, and het fixed it.

A balance of positives and negatives so depends on what you're after. Could do so much more
Ski in ski out
Spacious well provided apartments
Lovely hot swimming pool
Can order bread for delivery in the morning

Lengthy check in process
10-20 mins out of town in the bottom of the resort
Poor quality changing facilities poor pool
Not a proper restaurant unless willing to take half board - don't

We traveled with our 2 kids of 5 and 8 years old and a group of friends. We booked the half-board extra for the entire week.
As for location, the hotel is a bit off the centre, but this is 5-10 min walk or through the bus. It compensates that you can sky-in and sky-out, there is a door at the 4th stage directly to the sky slope.
there is a nice sky rental shop right inside the hotel, very convenient.

As for organization, this was ok. Take notice that they handle you the sheets and towel and it is up to you to make up the room and clean up at the end (or pay extra for final cleaning). Everything is paid extra, namely TV and wifi. Ok as long as you know this is the way when you buy. That said, the people at the desk were very nice and well organized.

The rooms were ok, good basic facilities with everything we needed. View to the pool.

But the pool.... UAAAAUU great. very warm, we actually had a scene of snow falling on our heads while inside the hot water.

As for the restaurant, that was the real problem. No one informed if it was going to be buffet or a la carte. The food was generally good, but you never knew what was going to be served, and never had any options... which was a mess with the children and some of the grown-ups too! Once the waiter brought us some sort of puree with meat inside, for the children, who immediately started to cry. The guy actually yelled at us that we should like it and that there was no changing the food! We accumulated some 3 ugly argumentations about the food, lack of options, lack of good service (the waiter was really bad).

Yesterday evening we arrived at Le Corbier, the booking we made a long time in advance, reference number 2683909, on name Bogdan Ciobanu. In the booking we clearly mentioned that there are 4 adults and we were supposed to get 2 rooms in one apartment with double beds (we also confirmed this on the call). What we found on our arrival on 27/02 is just the apartment with one sofa and one room with a two level bed for kids. We were trying to solve the problem with the reference person Alexander 0033785962819, he is saying he cannot do anything about. On top of this we found the room dirty and not matching your description at all. We are truly disappointed and if no one is going to help us with solving the issue and find another apartment with 2 double beds we will go all over to your management team, because we find this attitude and approach absolutely inappropriate. Please find us the normal room tomorrow and morning the latest and call us back on the number 0032499640828.Thank you in advance.Best regards, Bogdan
