This charming, historic B&B is also a nice place to stop for a tasty meal on the way to St. Anne De Beaupre or when visiting Montmorency Falls. The very personable owner welcomed us & gave us a brief history of this local landmark & the waiter was most kind & efficient in his service. We had some delicious wine, local fish & a wonderful dessert of ice cream cake with berries, just the thing on a hot summer day. We felt like we were in a serene oasis in this lovely country setting.

Great place to stay - our third time to stay here in 10 years. The 150+ year old house is a testament to the fortitude of its builders and to the excellent maintenance required to maintain such a relic, now converted for guests including private showers. The food is amazing, and the chef has been cited and one of the top in all of Canada. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the mostly French being spoken makes it even more charming. We will likely return from Texas for another visit.

Room tip: Call and ask for a room in the old home, not the newer outbuildings.

We stayed two nights. The room was nice and the meals were wonderful, both breakfast and dinner, including locally themed meals. Also really convenient for our skiing at Mont Sainte Anne. A lovely find.

We had an awesome experience at this Restaurant/Inn last week. Stayed 3 nights in the Cloutier Room (one king and one double bed). Very cozy, historic property with an amazing breakfast included each morning. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and were always ready to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We celebrated our 45th anniversary with the 9-course dinner - second to none! Thanks for a great stay!

Room tip: The Baker room has a fireplace; Cloutier room fairly large room. Others are smaller.

This lovely historical post & beam constructed building houses a great restaurant. Turn north from the highway just west of Ste Anne de Beaupres, to the 1st intersection , 8790 Ave Royale. We were the only English speaking people. Staff are bilingual. Great menu. Not terribly expensive. Nicer than anything we found in town.

Room tip: This is not a hotel it's a restaurant
