Loved my time here at the recent unveiling of Anaida's Persian Pop-Up. Each of the dishes have been thoughtfully curated by 90's famous pop singer Anaida Parvaneh to resonate with authentic Iranian culture. Massive plus point for me was that it is zero chili food, because I hate chili in my food.
The decor is characteristic of SBOW with vintage trinkets all over the place teleporting oneself to the monochrome and later eras.
My recommendations for a filling meal from the Pop-Up that is live till this month's end at their Noida and Khan Market outlets are as follows:
Anaida's Soup-e-Jadooi (instant healing in a one-bowl meal)
Baghali Polo (Dill and Bean Rice, with a dash of butter)
Fesenjan (chicken cooked to perfection)
Haleem with Pav
Chef Hemant's Special Tahchin (must-have, and Chef himself let us into the details of its making)
Shole Zard (fanastic dessert, hands-down)
P.S.: Anaida was the most fantastic host ever! :)
