We have been coming to this club since 2008 and we have lived some of our greatest holidays there. Mauritius has become one of our top destinations and in the past 12 years we have been in Mauritius over 20 times.

We arrived on the day of my 45th birthday and surprisingly not one single GO wished me a happy birthday nor did i get any little attention on this very special day. We were told that the club was only full to 47% of its capacity so it certainly wasn't because the GO's were all busy. Was it because we are not European and our skin color is darker ?

Leonie the chief of village past near us on many occasions in the week we were there without ever ever greeting us - even when we greeted her. Again ? Is this due to the color of our skin ? It definitely felt like it.

We had a huge amount of ants in our room and despite calling the reception and physically going there to complain and even ask if it was possible to change room, our complaints were not being dealt with. We had to call a third time after coming back to the room from a long day outside as nothing had been done.

But now, to the HIGHLIGHT of our holidays :

We have to give a HUGE BIG grateful thank you to chef Yannick and his entire team from the Alma Beach Lounge for their kindness and professionalism and for being so nice to us. The food that we were lucky to eat was excellent and he, his kitchen team and the GE's working there such as West, Brandon, Karen, Ashvin their service and kindness was excellent and all of them definitely made us feel very special. Thank you so much for having treated us so specially and for everything that you did for us : not only from a culinary point of view but also from a human point of view... you have made our holiday week very special and we could not thank you enough. Thank you also to Doudou for choosing excellent wines with and for us.

Room tip: Ask for a room next to the zen pool. We had asked for one but unfortunately were refused a room there...

We just love Club Med and year after year we enjoy starting our holidays by booking a day package there. The resort is peaceful and big enough. Reception staffs were kind to store our bags for the day.
We had access to two swimming pools, our favorite one being the family swimming pool. Food was excellent, we had a huge variety to choose from the buffet lunch. We could order free drinks during our lunch. Waiters were attentive and helpful.
Hats off to Club Med for its hospitality!

Wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Amazing time with the activities for adults and kids. Kids club is not recommended however, The staff is just overly strict on the rules so don’t think you will be able to get a pass on the guidelines or rules.

Food was up to standard. Deserts was amazing! Service at the main bar was not up to standard at all times unfortunately.

Accommodation was amazing. Facilities was top notch.

This was the ideal place for waterski and wakeboarding. Beautiful place to visit

Spent 10 nights there during Dec. loved the interconnecting sea view rooms. Just a pity we didn’t get much rest as we had rude french neighbours who let their two young children scream on our veranda every morning from 6h. The food at the resort is fantastic. The pool was unbearably hot Dec as compared to April and Sep. fortunately the beach is always good. Some GO attitude needs work as they treat non-french speakings guests like they don’t exist. Sarina at client relations is a gem, she was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even went out of her way on her day off to assist. Blanchi at the main bar always ready to assist. I forgot the name of the lady in charge of room cleaning, but she also really impressed me. It was block Baie du cap. Will be back very soon for Sarina’s hospitality and fantastic meals.

I lost track of the number of vacations spend at Club Med.
Disney is wrong, the happies place on earth is here. As it to my children. They really enjoyed the mini club.
Food was amazing, and staff as friendly as expected. But as a long term client of the franchise expect excellence is business as usual.

The litttle extra mile was that since internet in my room (at the far end of club) was not strong enough I mentioned this to the Director, and she asked Ingrid from guest relations to send me a USB device that gave me the broadband I needed to connect to my office applications a few times a day to maintain contact with my office issues.

Value for the money was definitively there.

Room tip: They have several types according to your situaton (familiy, no children, etc)
