Spent the weekend in the area & can only recommend it. This beach offers beach-baskets to rent for the day, sandy white beaches that stretch for miles, cycle paths, parks with benches, fantastic facilities (public toilets are free to use) as wellas a beautiful pier to walk along with an Italian restaurant at the very end to enjoy food or a drink. You can watch the world go by, cycle, walk, bring the dogs, swim & more! We'll be back!

Beautiful beach with white, fine sand, 13 km long for walking along all 3 "Kaiserbäder" up to first polish beach Swinemünde. Heringsdorf has a beautiful Promenade with nice villas and shadow where you can walk or ride on a bike. There are a couple of snack bars on the beach and famous Strandkörber that you can rent for 8€ per day or per hour. Bikes can also be rented for 8 € a day.

Clean sand, large expansive beachfront, kilometers long! Rental of canopied wicker beach chairs for approx. 6 Euros & day was great. Very clean, modern beach side facilities (bathrooms & showers).

Best German beaches can be found on the Island of Usedom! Try to go there "out of season", otherwise too crowded and too expensive, we stayed in the Villa Glaeser in Bansin- 78 Euro for two nights!

Nice little resort and beautiful promenade at german Baltic Sea, near the polish border. Good for walking, little bit cold for sunbath - they have some kind of korks on the beach, to protect from wind (did not see something similar elsewhere). Possibilities to cruise by ship to Poland and along the shore.
