We have undertaken several walks in the park and loved them all. Castle Rock walk was brilliant with amazing 360 degree views . I love the huge boulders that form part of the landscape.

Visited the National Park around lunchtime in a Tuesday and nearly had it to ourselves!

Lots of options for walks in terms of difficulty and length, with access to north and south areas of the hike.

We did Castle Rock return in about 1.5hrs with lots of time spent exploring around at the top and soaking in the view.

Super easy to get to, lots of wineries along the way, and signage directing you there.

Would recommend a visit whilst in the area.

There are easy walks and hard walks here. If you have some children you can do just an hours walk or so to granite arch. If you are up for a challenge do the pyramids, but be warned it is quite steep and exposed in areas, so no small children. My kids were older than 9 and the youngest very brave.

good walking tracks and i am sure most people could walk them. great for families as the kids can have a good time climbing over all the different shaped rocks. good picnic areas - toilets clean. info good at office. if busy it is hard to get a car park though. good day out or like us just went and did a few hours bush walk and went.

Girraween National Park offers a variety of walks for campers and day excursions to the Granite Belt. The walking pathways are well maintained and well signed so visitors have plenty of information available to make informed decisions about which walks to take.
