A warm welcome, lovely room, quite small but hotel was full so it was all we could get. loads of tea and coffee, Spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly especially in the bar. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We were well looked after.

Just arrived home after an overnight stay.
The Bridge Inn is a lovely pub/Hotel/coffee house, situated by the river in a picturesque location.
The bedrooms are very well equipped for a comfortable stay, and are spotlessly clean, (as is the whole place) Had a very good nights sleep.
The breakfast this morning was faultless, very tasty with a good choice and served by friendly, efficient staff.
Only one negative and that was the fact they had run out of slimline tonic (early afternoon?)
Later when we went back for a coffee/brandy they had run out of brandy?
Apart from the above, I would say this place excels, and although we only stayed for the one night we really enjoyed it.
Will certainly return.

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at the venue right next door. As we walked through the rather complicated corridor system, we felt that the hotel had a rather old fashioned feel and were somewhat apprehensive to see our room. we were very pleasantly surprised. the room was excellently appointed with all the facilities that we needed. it was also very clean and comfortable. It was a bonus to find that we were provided with access to Sky Sports!
We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 nights in the week before Easter. Could not fault the hotel in any way. Staff friendly and helpful, and hotel pristinely clean. Car parking at side of hotel, and situation was ideal to explore Holmfirth. Extremely good value for money. Would stay again.

We stayed on a Sunday night because a friend of ours. Roger Davies was singing alongside the Hepworth Brass Band in the Picturedome, which is directly next door.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we could not fault it. We enjoyed a bottle of Rose in the bar before sitting down to an early dinner ahead of the show. The content and quality of the food was second to none and truly in line with a West Yorkshire Wonderland Welcome (and we're from Lancashire!!). Sue's traditional Yorkshire Roast would have fed a family and my home-made pie was nothing short of sensational. The upmarket Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir were excellent wine choices, too.

We were given the De Luxe room which was fantastic. Everything worked and there was none of the over-heating you get in the chain hotels.

The breakfast was enormous with good bread for toast and delivered with a smile.

The complete experience here was something to enjoy. The staff were all on top of the game, food excellent, everything top class.

If there is a downside it is that I have to tell you all how good this place is..and you might get the room I want and the dining table I want next time I go to Holmfirth.

Well done to all concerned. Can't wait to see you all again.

Room Tip: I'd rather not in case they choose mine!
