Stayed here for a week and couldn't fault it for the price you pay.Staff couldn't do enough and never had to queue once at the bar.Gustavo on the front desk was so helpful and friendly.Rooms are adequate and ours were cleaned 3 times.The food was fine and you will never go hungry,a bit more labelling would help though.The free bus is a good idea although the front is only a ten minute walk.We travelled from Barcelona airport by train all the way to Santa Susanna for 4.90, and the scenery was amazing.We took the train to Blanes were the Costa Brava starts and enjoyed a day there.All in all if your after a week in the sun on a tight budget then you won't be disappointed.A special mention as well to Mafuz the waiter who was always smiling and funny.thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Stayed in Santa Susannah resort hotel in June with family on appearance it's was very clean, checked in and got to our room well it's was tiny to say the least for 3 adults 1 toddler 3 suitcases and a buggy lol I was fuming to be honest!! You had to walk sideways to get to the balcony door! After a LOT of complaining we got settled into our new family room!! The rooms are clean but dated our room was facing the main road, the new disco across the road on the sat nite pumped music to 5am :( the food was nice also! What really made me write this review was the rest of my family were staying down the road and had come up for a drink well my brother in law went up to buy a drink and told he Cudnt buy a drink?? As it was all inclusive hotel was very weird declining money, so that was fine then some man must have been the owner/manager came over and starting getting into my family's face u can't be here this hotel only for residents and ushered them to the front doors like criminals!!! They proceeded to get on the bus outside the hotel this man then came out and caused a scene outside sayin they Cudnt use the bus as it was only for hotel guests even though they had paid to get there?? so odd!! My family had a 1 1/2 yr old with to make a scene in front of her alone was disgraceful!!!!!!! They were treated like pure scum this owner or whatever the hell he was would need to go and learn some manners!!! Overall I Wudnt be back!! Never been so disgusted by a hotel manager in my life he doesn't deserve peoples custom!!!!

Friendly place to stay. Food is 3star.brekfast3star.breafast always decent.beer and spiritts spot on.staff very helpful most speak English. I have been going to this hotel for the last 9years at least 3times a year.it has needed abit of updating since I started going there but it does notput me off as it is spotlessly clean and very child ffriendly. Aviod promo rooms?.all inc till12 midnight. Poolside bar open 10am snacks are quite good. Cheapest all inc on internet for what u pay.if your posh dont go.if you are on a budget go you wont be disappointed. You get what you pay for and nothing else.most televisions don't need remote.delfy net for free wifi only in games room
search for networks.sun loungers are plenty only if you are up before six am?
